Disclosure of privacy policy and Use to all Users of our Apps: If you, the User, grant location permission, 4point Development through its App solutions, may collect your device's current location. 4point Development through its Apps, may use such location to identify, among other scenarios, where an incident occurred, route the report, and support authorized responders. The location may also be stored with the incident record, or other, and may be available only to users whose assigned role permits access. All data is retained under the responsible App distributor's own independent incident-record retention policy and applicable law. Due to third-party network dependency and potential third-party network interruptions, 4Point Development cannot guarantee the transmission or deletion of location data once deletion is requested or deletion is programmed within a given deletion operational schedule. To remove your participation from any of our Apps, all you have to do is either use the Remove my Data, Delete my Data, Remove my profile within the Profile section of our Apps or write us to: info@4pointdev.com, supply with supporting evidence of being the owner of the profile requesting to delete, passport or other official documentation, and we will gladly delete it.
