Reporting Security
The solution allows you to report in real-time and anonymously or not, any kind of security issue you may see or have. Everything, with the ability to attach a photo, sound and/or video. The reports are sent to the person or area designated by the HOA, institution, company or your local city, municipality or town.

Upon pressing the Emergency tracking button, the User´s
near real-time continuous geolocation is provided to the pre-designated authorities or security officer
nearest to the User´s position so that they may go assist the User in the fastest time possible.

Acts of Kindness
KINDPOINT, by 4POINT, allows Users to carry out kind acts and therefore spread doing good to others, ultimately changing the overall atmosphere. From helping an elderly neighbour to simply offering your friendship to someone you see lonely at the club, park or washing their car. It´s your opportunity to spread KINDNESS through KINDPOINT. In the Backoffice, the KINDPOINT administrator can recognize the User that did the most acts of kindness and provide recognition.
Home Owner Associations
Through the maintenance tab, power failures, water leaks, fallen trees, alligator in lake, pothole, etc., or other situations that the HOA decides to allow the User to report, become streamlined reporting as each report is send in real-time not only to the HOA but also to the department or person responsible for the specific type of incident and/or sub-incident. What is more, the User can track in 4POINT the status of the incident reported making life easier not needing to call the HOA to know the status.
Sponsorship and Advertising
Through the Advertisement module, constant visibility of a marketing and sales campaign is obtained. Additionally, the module allows placing offers, services and links at any time and on any day, making the payment of the 4POINT solution a win-win decision.
One-in-2-Way Chat
With Incident Operator initiated 2-way Chat, the Incident Operator can request additional information to the User regarding the incident sent. This helps eliminate fales incident reporting as well as support for enhanced support, where considered needed.
Chat between Users is not allowed. Chat can only be initiated by an administrator or Incident Operator for support and additional specific incident information gathering purposes.
Schools
4POINT allows anyone in the school community to, anonymously or not, report any kind of incident that the school decides to add to the 4POINT App. From maintenance issues to positive acts such as helping clean up after class or picking up other´s trash, etc. A fully self-customoizable solution to reduce costs, risks, and increase overall safety as well as wellbeing by promoting helping each other.
In the case where schools don't allow mobile use by the students, 4POINT becomes critical for the rest of the school community as removing the cell phones from students leaves them uncommunicated in the case of an emergency.

Main advantages
The back-office module provides graphs, historical data and reports on the different types of incidents and sub incidents allowing the institution or company to be more proactive and efficient with its resources. Knowing the number of incidents and the times and days most reported, may reduce operating costs, while increasing safety, productivity and image in general. The Sponsor module, with self-management, reports on the number of visits and advertising space. It also allows the sponsor to provide offers, discounts and advertising campaigns directly to the Apps being sponsored. Each time the App receives an internal notification from the institution, company or sponsor, the user needs to enter the App to check if it is an internal or advertising message.
Additionally, all reports are sent in real-time to the corresponding person or area for an immediate response to what is reported in each case. Everything, generating a record of day and time throughout the entire life cycle of an incident. This provides the User real-time knowledge of what is being done regarding the specific incident reported without needingto call anyone.
